December 4, 20196 yr Anybody know where we might be able to buy these type of trials Observer score sheets. They have a carbon copy inside. Not available from usual source who's details are printed on the bottom.
December 5, 20196 yr I would be able to set up the artwork to match these and you can print them off individually as you need them or get them printed at a printers if you need them with a carbon copy? If you PM me your email address, I can produce the artwork and email as a .pdf file for you to print, and if you do decide to go to a printer, at least they won't be charging for the set up and artwork. There is literally about 10-15 mins worth of work there setting up the artwork. Cheers, Dave.

December 6, 20196 yr Looks like a standard paper size sleeve with the top folded over to me? wouldn't be to hard to pick some up and just sort them yourself I would think?
