October 18, 20223 yr Hi, I got good deal on new 2022 montesa cota 260RR but wondering if trial 4t bikes can stall at sudden acceleration like enduro 4t do sometimes? My ktm 500 exc-f does that sometimes with quick opening throttle resulting often in crash. Never happened to me with 2t bikes.
October 18, 20223 yr I have seen a stall issues on my Montesa once when the idle was set to low. Other than that any stall I have had was because I wasn’t good on the clutch.
October 20, 20223 yr I've seen the stall and flame out a few times at events. I'm sure properly adjusted they're fine. Honda makes good stuff.
