Hi, thinking about getting bigger tank for my 300 txt but wonder if it comes with tab etc and it's easy swap or I need to installs omething from the old one?
  5. On my other bikes I use Twin Air and Hilfo, do you know the product number? I need spare for my txt 300 2022
  6. ok, thanks
  7. so basically I can use either one? 75W90 as well?
  8. hi, why GasGas doesn't recommend gear oil with full specs like e.g. 75W90 but they do only 75W ? is that second part doesn't matter or what? I managed to get actually oil with just 75W specs but I got also 75W90 and wonder which one to use
  9. yes, wire with plug from the rear light should be there under the fender
  10. not sure what it is, probably airbox edge
  11. i see 2023 model already has that fixed
  12. Hi, just wonder any solution for this as it hurts my left leg calve when I use trial boots which are not that high as enduro.
  13. what corrosion and what weight? this will be fiber glass wrap
  14. I have already managed to burn my leg at header of my gasgas 300 txt when I was riding in short pants so I thought I will wrap in thermal tape to isolate it, any issues with that?
  15. Hi, So far I was riding without any adjustment from the factory but idle is definitely too fast like 2400 rpm. I turned air screw out 1.25 as in manual and was trying to adjust with the idle screw to stated in the book 900-1100RPM but if I go that low bike starts to die. What idle do you run?
  16. no, didn't need to cut anything, harness to ignition, CDI etc is separate. As I remember they're screw in to the frame under the top of the tank.

after few issues with starting up bike is alive and ready to race. I had to adjust a bit kicking technique and bike starts no problem at first, second kick. Without the EU junk looks really sweet
  19. I answered your question one post back. You only see final product, but dealer gets road version in a box and have to prep for you? I saved some money to do this myself, and that's fine I learnt about the bike while putting it apart but the logic here is just crazy, like all in EU actually.
  20. cause they always show ready to race version, otherwise bike would look ridiculous... same with KTM, Sherco, Beta etc
  21. there is a speedo on the picture, In US there are much less restrictive requirements for off-road vehicles to get road legalization, EU is plain stupid, why I need 2 big mirrors, separate carburetor, big indicators, big lamp etc for occasional road crossing???? I just wasted 30 minutes taking off the forks glued on stupid reflective lights...
  22. Thanks Zippy, not a problem, will try to fire it up tomorrow and we'll see they may add some extra things after KTM took over indeed, e.g. related to euro emission BS
  23. thanks, I know there is one diagnostic cable but besides this one, I got 2 free left - 1 single wire and second dual wire plug. Both near the regulator.
  24. Yes, you are right, that's the cover plate for key lock in triple clamp thanks Side stand is working now properly, need to replace also on ebolt provider cause longer spring was rubbing on. BTW looks like you have same bike, do you remember were there any free hanging wires/plugs under the tank. near the regulator? I am almost done with setup and ready to fire it up but not sure about two plugs which are not connected anywhere.
