February 3, 20233 yr Good evening all. Would anyone know if a C15 rocker covers the same as a B40? Also does anyone know where I have get new rocker cover nuts from. Many thanks
February 4, 20233 yr Author Yes I was going to get a rocker cover without a decompressor in it as I don't use it and there seems alot alot of people saying a c15 and b40 are the same.
February 4, 20233 yr Getting rid of the decompressor is a backwards move. Used properly its a great help in saving wear on the kickstart gears. They were never very well made when new, so any help is good.

February 6, 20233 yr I would get it working and enjoy how much easier they are to start,especially when they are very cold or not been used for a while. You can spin the engine over several times to free everything up, then draw some fuel in. My C15 starts from cold sitting down this way, it just makes it sooo easy - And nice for the kickstart gears.
