Sherpa Brakes

Featured Replies

hi all ,i have recently bought a 1974 sherpa t ,i have fitted ebc shoes and the result is marginally better than no shoes in it at all , it has nickel drums , would someone know if possibily i have to machine off the chrome and mabey fit a steel liner to get them to work , or any other suggestions ? thanks in advance , steve

As a general tip, it's worthwhile chamfering the leading edge of the brake shoe lining to ensure proper contact with the drum

and a rod for the rear is the only way.

I'd change your diet and see a doctor before taking that advice.......
