Is it possible to get just new blank plastics for my 2019 Beta Evo 300? I have the white plastic with the blue and orange/red color scheme and would like to go for a darker red/black one. Let me know if anyone has any leads on where I would go to for this!

Brand new to trials. I have a 04 Scorpa 125 which has a stop button. Just wondering if there is much difference between the Apico & more expensive Leonelli ones used on modern Scorpas before I buy one?

Hi all I am looking for a bike for my 10 year old lad. This will be his first bike. People have suggested a ty80 as a good starter but I can’t help think these are a bit outdated now? Having said that I don’t want to spend a fortune if doesn’t carry it on. The ty are in budget along with the 50cc autos from beta etc. Would the 50cc autos be to small for him are they any good or should I go down the clutch/geared route ie ty80 ……….any help or advice much appreciated

Entered a trial via the ACU portal. Now, at least a week later it says that my entry is not valid, due to my not having a rider number. Never been asked for this before. Spent ages on the website, trying to discover how to do this, but with no luck. Anyone know how to do this?

Hello All; new elderly member returning riding after 40 years; Just found a 1976 Yamaha TY175 the same bike I bought new in 1976; The bike is in good shape everything original; I’d like to slowly start updating it to make it a bit lighter and handle and ride better; nothing major at first may be tires, handlebars, levers, and foot peg replacement / repositioning; any advice or previous experiences in doing this; would be appreciated; my goal being older now; is to slowly bring back my riding skills; in woods behind my house and possibly enter a Observed Trials event down the road; I’m hoping some upgrading and simple mods; will help and make a more enjoyable riding experi…

Hi Last time I was out on my txt 300 noticed some smoke coming from below tank, had a look and most wires for the fan were melted and charred. On Futher inspection I saw the thermostat module/rectifier/ regulator (saw it called a few things had basically melted . Are there any specific causes for this or should I just start replacing parts. Thanks in advance just looking for some knowledge.

hey guys. i’m not too sure how all of this works but basically, i discovered trials a while ago and i really wanna get into it. i saw many people recommending beginners to find a trials club in their area, so i went searching. i’d say i searched quite a bit, but i found absolutely nothing. i couldn’t find a single trials club in the country, let alone a dealer selling trials bikes in the area. i’m 16, so there isn’t much i can do like travel. what do i do now?

I've been playing about on my recently purchased TXT250. After riding a couple of 125s I've realised I am incompetent at trials and I'm performing significantly better on a 125 than my 250 so I've decided to advertise it for a swap. I have been pondering taking this opportunity to possibly pick up an older twin shock. Maybe a Fantic or Montesa Cota. They're beautiful machines and surprisingly affordable. In my quest for an easier to ride bike, how would an older machine compare to my TXT 250? Whould they have the softer power delivery I'm looking for or would I me having the same issues I am now? All advice gratefully received! Cheers!

Adam Raga has made his feelings clear about losing his TRS seat to a cheaper Pilot for the coming 2024 season of the WTC with his new single Lost on you. The message seems to be loud and clear to former mentor and friend Jordi Tarres that he is not very impressed with his former employers choices. https://youtu.be/wDjeBNv6ip0?feature=shared

Hey guys, Ive always wanted to give trials a try but with my location the bikes very rarely pop up(in Mississippi and grew up in Louisiana). That said I competed in the Redbull TKO on an electric bike(surron light bee) and finished the race. I sold that bike and planned on getting another more capable electric bike but it sold before I could get it so it got me thinking since I have the money looking into a nice trials bike to really hone in my hard enduro skills. Ive been doing some practice based on IRC tire guy on YT on my beta xtrainer as that is my main bike with the electric sold and want to try TKO again either on bigger electric(Electric motion or Ultra bee) or th…

This is very much just a personal observation, but I'd be interested to hear how it resonates with others. The last "regular" trial I went to was a bit of an exercise in frustration - I was (knowingly) riding a grade at & above my abilities because I enjoy a challenge and I don't care about placings. I ride for self-satisfaction. That 2-day event saw me really struggle in parts, taking voluntary 5's on a couple of sections. The second day I dropped down a grade which at least let me ride every section. Last weekend I went to my first Gate Trial. Lot's of fun - more fun than I think I've ever had at a comp. Last lap I decided to go for maximum points (1…

We rode in the scott trial last week and one of our biggest fears was a front puncture as they are very time consuming and a general massive pain to sort by yourself half way up a moor. We did use a heavy duty tube with slime in it and did avoid punctures but you will never know how close you actually got to getting one. I have since noticed that Nitromousse list a "plushie" for a Michelin x11 and Dunlop front tyre that gives 6 to 8 psi These seem ideal for the Scott/SSDT I know that a mousses historically were generally regarded as too hard and had little feel to them but they seem to have come on technically (so they all claim) in recent t…
