Can someone tell me how to remove the liner from an Airoh helmet. The side "ear" pieces snap out. The rear of the main liner also snaps out but how do you get the front of the main liner loose? Are there instructions somewhere?

I have Gaerne oil boots with water proof liner, When new, the boots were very tight across my foot ( I have normal width feet) After the boots were broken in they are somewhat wider across my foot. I still can't wear heavy boot socks. I did see Toni Bou's training video and it appeared Toni was using a very thing sock ( Lycra maybe? ) What are these socks? Are they trials Specific? PS: It looks like Gaerne normal boots do not have the water proof liner, is this a good option? Tight boots Terry

Ok, I'm a North american, and dont know anything about the subject I just started... and haven't seen, maybe someone has posted all of this info in another thread? But is Hebo dead? I'm due for more boots, I have 2 worn out pairs now. I tried the "latest" style a couple years back, the new ones with booties in them, they suck, wont fit my feet so I just kept wearing my originals. now I see I can't even find those anywhere in the UK sites, nor Ebay anymore. So what have you guys that were satisfied with hebo's classic boot, moved to? I can't be the only person with 4 year old Hebo boots that are starting to wonder what to replace them with?

I'm looking for a new trials helmet. Some have no venting, some have what appears to be a minimal amount and the Airoh has huge vents. I tried Airoh on in a shop, but the shop keeper said the vents aren't that effective. I wondered what other peoples experiences are?

Thought I'd share what I've found to be the best for waterproofing boots. http://www.altberg.co.uk/leder-gris/product/leder-gris-xtreme/ I've used it on my black Gaerne boots since new and it's very good and only £5 a tin which lasts ages. It's also available in Clear which will be good for the pro's in their white boots - ideal for Scott cheers Michael

Hi, After having a mild crash last week were I didn't have enough momentum up a small steep rooty climb and the bike flipped. I fell off the back cracking the back of my head on the hard stoney ground. At this point there was a sequence of events that went something like this, helmet hits ground and stops dead, head then hits inside of helmet (reasonably hard) to cause a bump & bruise and when I rode two days later on Saturday the bump must have been quite pronounced and it hurt to wear my helmet. I've had my helmet for about 18 months, it’s a Spada helmet that are fairly cheap but not the cheapest and before anyone asks, the fitment of the helmet is correct. So, I…

OK...my red, white and blue "Captain America" Alpinestars from the 80's finally gave up, and my spares are too clapped out to wear. I crashed, ripped off a sole and broke a toe. I've always got used boots before...this is my very first pair of NEW trials boots. The Novogars look good for the money...as in, they're the cheapest. Got the "carbon" look...very cool. My feet are 8.5 EE or EEE, almost as wide as long with very high instep and arches. I got the 43 (about 9.5) and they're a tad snug in the width, but I walked around in them for awhile and they now feel super comfortable. I had to let the lowest strap WAY out so I could buckle it. The soles are WAY stiffer…
