  1. Don't know if it's any help, but I've been using Rock Oil in all my bikes for many years without problems. I use "Racing Synthesis 2" for premix and "Lite gear oil" (10/30's) in the gearbox in both my Rev3 and my G/F's KTM 125 LC2. No, I don't work for them. Mark
  2. Blimey! 30 psi is the most I've needed to "pop" any tyre onto the rim, MX tyres, road tyres, tubed or tubeless. Must admit to having no experience of an Xlight, but it does sound as if there is a problem with that particular one. Hope you bought it from someone you can take it back to. Mark
  3. Hi Phil, I renewed all the bolts that hold the plastics on with some dome headed allen screws, after carefully cleaning all the threads in the frame up with a tap. That, and a lot of other jobs, obviously! Mark
  4. I don't know how much you want to spend, but I've just replaced the rear caliper (
  5. And another from Cheshire! Dabbled on trials bikes before (see what I did there?) but never entered an event. Got seduced by the MX dark side at an early age and did a few seasons in my twenties. Got married, had kids, spent all my money on them. When they grew up (2000), the bug came back and I started green laning, and then enduros. Now not fit enough for time card events, not aggresive enough for H&H, so do the UK Rallies and lots of laning. Talking in the pub with some mates at Christmas, when the back roads were lethal and no-one was riding, to find that the trials riders were all out having fun. Went to watch an event, checked bank balance, trawled flea bay, bought a 2004 Rev3 in dire need of some TLC, and here I am. Am I going to regret this? Mark
