  18. A wee update on Alf the C15.Lacing up the rear wheel at the moment, went for a WM2 rim.Still collecting bits and pieces.Going to do a dry build with the engine in the frame so I can get an idea for the offset of the rear hub.Ah the dark nights don't you just love them. cheers the noo Brian
  19. Don't know if its the same but from what I can remember all the Scottish clubs that run road racing in Scotland run national events no need to join the club unless you want to be in their championship(that's club championship). Closed to club events don't encourage 1 off rides and if the competitor likes the way things are run who knows they might do more events and join the organising club. cheer the noo Brian
  20. OTF had a cracking(ten and a half hour drive,3 am start)day oot. Managed to pick up a cracking complete bottom end for £100(roller bearing big end ).Had a fleeting glance at the bling on show. Managed to shorten my list of bits for Alf.Couple of nice projects for sale but resisted(nice wee D1 in period trials trim £500).What I did notice that some people must taking loads of drugs /drink as some off the bikes for sale were well over what they are worth(or maybe I'm a bit tight).ORM+ nae joy with the monty bits.OTF hope your trial went well the day. cheers the noo Brian
