watching some video footage of me riding yesterday , mmmmm not sure im doing it right .what is the best/correct/optimum riding position ? in mx you have the attack position , elbows out reasonably straight in line with the forks etc is there a trials equivalent ? cheers andy

got a problem with my clutch dragging , found out that you can adjust it by reshiming the thrust bearing , are these shims available ? im going ring lampkins in the morning but thought id ask on here first ! andy

i was using cheap fairy liquid type detergent until i tried my mates purpose manufactured bike cleaner , just called, bike cleaner, from chem-jet based in south yorkshire , i was pleasantly surprised how good it was ! if you do a barnsley club trial he's usually there selling the stuff

take off the cover after every ride and blow out with an airline , youll find lots of water in there after you have power washed it, when i got my first beta i tried allsorts to stop it getting in but you cant! in fact ive drilled the bottom of the casing to let out most of it before i take it off to clean it out ! then spray wd in and put he casing back on and your done! (till nxt time) andy

my daughter rode at the novice n beginners at deer park , almost her first time , she only rode 3 sections because the others were a little hard for her , i would just like to say thank you to the bloke on a new red gas gas for his words of support and coming up and asking how she was getting on , a nice bloke at a nice trial ! cheers andy

hiya , am thinking about doing this trial,anyone ridden it before ? im taking my adult daughter who has only ridden a trials bike a few times, not a complete novice as she rides enduro , but dont want anything too hard. cheers andy

eh up ! me and the mrs are off to n.z for a holiday feb/march and will be looking for trials to observe/watch /ride ( if i can borrow a bike !) anyone know of any forums etc with info relating to dates over there ? cheers andy
