head now back with new guides fitted looking good also replacing timing chain cam bearings and tappet adjusters ,amongst other bits n bobs

engine shop has confirmed there is accesive play inbetween stem and guide ,i am waiting to hear from beta if guides are avaiable ,if not they may need to be made

yep just been on phone to him ,thinks can sort shoes didnt say there wasnt an 80 non of the those bikes are the same,they,re much bigger bikes

yes states 80 on frame tag (will double check ) i havnt come across another

can anyone tell me where to find new brake shoes for swm trials bike 80cc 1980ish in the uk
