yes there open i ordered parts yesterday and recived them today
  3. hello yes ive done loads off them quit easy to come out i just use a blunt big flat ended driver and gentely tap out dont go mad or you will damage the crank case i find a few taps from side to side dose it. if it dosant pop out i get 1 side out and pop it out with a oil seal puller. then clean round seal Area dont for get to change the small oring behind the oil seal i normal replace the top hat bush at the same time but you dont have to if the old 1 looks ok. then with a socket thats the same size as the oil seal tap in so its flush with the crank case job done.

i do have his email address ill P.M it you trialsfun.
  9. my 199B has the pressed steel 1 but has a steel rod weled on the under side to strenghthen it. i do think the alloy is better as nigel says they are stronger plus if you need to take the engine out theres no need to unbolt the cylinder head. unless your doing work on the top end. but i think with mine its strong enough with the steel rod welded on.

Scot I would first drill the holes then mount the box and rubber boot mount the carb to get the boot in the correct position then make a mark throw each hole on the rubber then you can make holes throw rubber boot.hope this helps dont blame me if you mess it up ah
  18. Thanks guys for your help. I also need the inturnal cir clip for the final end sleeve gear I was told its a special typ cir clip any body know if I can get 1 from any where?
  19. bondy replied to scot taco's topic in Bultaco
Flat part faces down scot. First make sure the rubber boot is in the correct position on the carb before drilling
