hello guys am gonner be taking the forks off my 210 gas gas when i slide them back in how tight should i tighten the clamps? also on sliding them back into the clamps is there a stopper you slide them up to? or do you juge it?

cheers mate its only aittel bit off movment. i thought the bearings needed replacing i need to take the wheel off anyway to fit some fork sleeves. just fitted new swing arm decals. as they lookt abit tatty i bought the full 210 kit but the rest of the decals or ok yet.

hello guys i need addvice. i did ask this a wile back and i was told it was normal anyway ive noticed if i pull the front brake leaver when the the front wheel is off the ground it stopps the wheel ok but theres movment back. and forth i didnt notices but when ive had a good look its the disc that moves is this normal????

nice one mate its same as my bultaco just didnt want to bugger anything up. ive just sorted me rear wheel put new brake pads in and newrim band

hi mate thanks for the info. cant see the other side the disc gards hiding them do i undo both pinch bolts on both sides to undo the wheel? and on putting the wheel back on do i tighten the spindel first then the pinch bolts?

hello all an easy quetion how do i take the front wheel off? am new to gas gas i know on the bultaco i have you have to undo the pinch bolts on one side first before undoing the nut. but on the 210 gas gas pro there looks like theres only pinch bolts on one side. so whats the way you guys do it?

hi mate dose the bike look ok with 360s on? i dont want to get the wrong size and make the bike look stupid. whats the std shocks on your Montesa? my bult or 340mm so i cant see 20mm more doing much to the look off the bke

hello all ive ask about this before. am going to be buying new shocks for my 199A am a heavy rider so what length would suit? i was gonner go for 350mm fast action or 360mm wich would suit me the best? the bike is in mint condtion and will only be used for green laning.

hi all i was thinking of buying a bearing kit for my throttel. sopose to make the throttel alot smoother was wounding if any one as got one fitted and are they any good?

hi mate is it just the spring thats conneced? or do i have to undo the bolt at the bottom? i only want to slide the tube out so i can put some fork sleeves on.

hi all can anyone tell me when i unscrew the for caps on my gas gas 210 model dose the cap come off or is it connected to the spring? if it is can i just pull it out? am new to moden bikes so ive never done forks on these before. ive done twinshock forks.

hi mate the one on the end off the clutch shaft that pushes the push rod. its abit worn down i did have a ball bearing for it but its probely lost deep in my tool chest. so ill probely have to buy anougther one.
