I have a cope of 2009 EVO manual , and what I'm after, having just put in a new conrod kit, is the outside distance between the two cranks , which is 54.4 mm on mine before I started, and now it's 1 thou wider. I need to find out the tolerances for that, and for the end float . The 2009 Evo distance between cranks is 62mm on page 24. So this is the info i'm trying to find out

They look the same but the spec is different , I need the earlier model from 2000 on, I have run out of ideas were to look now .

Thanks for you reply's , I a little confused as I have been told you can buy over sized piston, dose any one know about them , and has anyone fitted one ?

I have bad knocking at all revs but louder at low revs, sounds like the piston is going up and down sideways,its has already had one new piston in it's life. Any one got any other ideas , or have I answered my own. And has any one tried the new exchange recon barrel and piston from (<mention of this company is not permitted on Trials Central. Please delete this post>)

Hi please can any one tell me if it is normal to re'bore a 125 cylinder that's if it can be done, and where is the best place to buy a new piston and ring etc.

Tried putting a ladies ST on the offending part yesterday , worked well and no itching today , so whether it,s the lining material or just me , I,m not sure, I have washed the ling many time

Thanks for your reply. Helmet is a good fit , my doctor has said it could be the material the lining is made from as it is mad in China, but I do tend to sweat a lot on my head, I though that there might be a helmet with lot of air holes in

Thanks for your reply, but no I do mean the water pump sproket, and as I have just descovered, they did change them in that year. So now it meanes me having to re order one.

please can any one tell me if, they had beef up the water pump sproket , for the 2003 125 rev 3, as I have just brought one and it now stops me getting the housing back on .

Its a great help to me . Hi All please can any one help me with my gearbox problem , It lockup solid yesterday , so today I split the engine with a lot of difficulty as some parts of the selector mechanism got gamed in between the gear train, when it came apart so did all the gear train. So now I need a breakdown drawing of how it should go back together and some idea of what and where the mangled parts should fit. when I find some new parts. Any help or advice will be very appreciated. or a schematic/ Drawing
