Hi all. I have been to look at a 1979 fantic twinshock 125cc. I have been told it has a Suzuki piston taking it to 175cc. Not sure if it was bored to accomadate. Is it a successful conversion atvb

Enlighten me on the older mono issue. Looked at 4 last night One bit out of my price range but nice £1400 A 175cc with a Suzuki piston in!!!!!!!!!! Quite a nice bike but needed a tinkering with the carb One a 125cc but wouldnt tickover and a bit tatty The one i prefered was a mono, 212cc needed paint on the tank but rode nicely £100 difference between the 125 and the other two

I wentto see a guy who had 2 pre65's 4 fantics and a Montesa 315r.When looking at the price.I thought cripes betterto get something newer, farbetter value. Went to a trial Sunday and saw the spangly bikes and power rangers lol. Saw fred on his twin swith jeans anda sweatshirt and thought. More like it. Hopingto start with the dabbers. Just hoping by getting some advice to stop me buying a dodgy bike atb

Hi all i keep perusing the classifieds. It seems some of the early Gg bike were inferior in the reliability stakes. What ywar did they start to get better. By what i can make out its around 99 - 2000. I now all these bike will have seen better days BUT every little helps

Hi all. I have looked at an Ossa 250 today. The bike is in superb condition. New ally tank, new hand controls, grips, cables. Original seat, akront rims and ally mudguards. New front and nearly new rear. Runs perfectly. Whats the value please? Many thanks

There is one local to me. Year2000 with rainbow forks!!!!. Looks very very tidy. Not sure about the forks as they feel clunky. The guy is a top bloke. He says its movement of the caliper. Didnt have time to xheck it out. He also had 2 twin shock fantics, a 125 and a 175 both minarelli engines. 125 was £725, the 175 was£859 and the Monty was £1200. Fair orice or not?
