How about a rugby training coat? I use one and it's great (waterproof, durable, ect...) another good thing is that they have no hood to get in the way and they're not so expensive either.

Danger UK are good for sherco's, they have the template so you can then have your own custom stickers designed from about £55.

yeah, the angle would be preety hard to get. it's hard enough to get the rubber hose over it when the airbox is fine!

If you still have the piece that has broke away, would it be possible for you to melt it back on with a soldering iron?
