Is there such a thing as trials knee pads, & if there is, where can i buy them ?

dont think there are specialised trials knee pads, i think you just have to look for the most comfotable mx pads.

Cheers for answer, got 2 boys who both use mx pads, coz they are a bit bulky i thought i'd see if they made pads that just cover the knee (no shin pad).

I've seen these, didn't know if they would be any good. Let us know if you get any n that

I wear the tomcat.

Do not move and keep my knees warm. ( old knees)

No shin protection though.

Take a look at Mountain Bike / Off-Road bicycle pads, I find they are less bulkly and provide the same protection.

i have seen some fox pads for cycle lads. they look gud. flexable. lite.

try Haven trialsport they will probably be able to get some in and post them.

I'll second the vote on the tomcats. I've always had problems with the traditional mx shin guards...until I bought a pair of the tomcats.

Why doesn't anybody have a look a the 661 veggie kneepads, they look slim enough and they're at a decent price.

661 stuff is pretty good. A lot of my BMX buddies use 661 pads.

Old magazines is what use. Just gaffer tape them around your legs. Not so good when wet though!

I also use poco downhill sking ones as well

I have been using these for a couple of years now. Not restrictive and do provide a bit of support.
