I have some new sidi zero boots and they are not water proof at all .walking in ankle deep streams lets water in straight away,is this normal or could they be faulty ? The old gaernes seamed a lot better.

The Scottish prep guide from lampkins that was on the main news page mentions starting a couple of times.... ENGINE 2T IMPORTANT. STARTING EVO 290/300. The Evo 290/300 has high compression. When you start the bike make sure you give it a good kick. Sometimes when you give the bike a soft (half kick) it can kick back and break a tooth of the kickstart gear. If you start the bike correctly you will not have any problems. ......and... STARTING 2T. 9 times out of 10 an Evo 2T starts best with choke and no throttle. If this does not work try no choke and full throttle

has anyone tried having their boots resoled . boots are ok but soles worn out. They would need stitching and glueing at a cobblers if replacement sole are available . This must be cheeper than new ones.

I have a 2013 300 and it needs a real hard kick or it bites me, I have recently changed spark plug from a 5 to 7 and it has improved it's starting a lot .

It's both. If you ride it steady under half throttle,then it is pure smooth soft traction. The perfect clubman bike. but if you (when i) loose a bit of composure and give it a handful, you are upside down or on the way to orbit. More power than I will ever need.but it's nice to have it there. It s a great machine, The suspension is much better than the 2010,the new stand works real well and the gear selector is superb improvement.

hello , 03 -06 manual says right leg ,370cc and 60mm air gap left leg , 350 cc and 120mm air gap(spring side)

Even as all the chains are 520 pitch,there is a lot of difference in width, even in the Regina range .make sure it's a Trial specific one. I can't fault the Regina that comes as standard on the beta.
