  1. I have a 2013 / 250 factory bike and plagued with exact problem, rattle under load on hill climb (not noticed the smoke part). I have already changed to the 48 pilot, needle and splatshop washer on the second bottom position and changed to thinner needle (ggj from ggh STD?) but still the same problem. I was given a spare main jet with the bike (125) which I have not tried as yet. Not sure what size the STD main is. Crankcase oil level not moved at any time but changed very regularly. I was brought up on two strokes and love the factory but have to admit I am for the first time tempted to try a 4RT because of this! Tried every thing other than the 3,0 slide and would not be surprised now to find Mains problem.. Few weeks ago bike started choking on idle like fuel was switched off which was transiently mitigated by use of the choke... not happy!

    Evening, Does anyone know the rise of the bars on the factory Gas Gas. I have heard they are 4.5ins rise and want to put 5.0ins on but need to confirm the standard height first. Many thanks in anticipation.
  3. Thanks for the replies that's good to know, only problem is my bike just came out this week for the first time since October surely the warranty has expired. I was under the impression it was a six month warranty.

  5. Hi Guys, Anyone with a '13 factory or racing gasser with fuel tank leaking/weeping at the mould joint insert round the tap, also is there anything suitable to effect a repair on this type of plastic? Thanks in anticipation.
  6. I'm the exact same. Made a return after a lot of years off and have developed tennis elbow in both arms, can hardly pick up a cup some days! I bought a flexibar that specifically facilitates eccentric loading and stretching of the affected tendons in each arm but have just started using it. Some say rest which I tend to agree with in most cases but a lot of advice I 've seen on T/E suggests eccentric stretching/loading as many have rested to return to their given sport with the pain still afflicting them. Never experienced T/E riding trials the first time.
  7. Just returned after twelve year break on a 2013 Raga and can't believe how good the suspension is at both ends!
