Broke my headlight today, is the headlight 1 piece bulb reflector lens? Any low cost replacement?
  3. Sounds logical
  4. When trying to adjust idle, the plastic screw snapped by the head. Any recommendations on replacement ? The Spring seemed too strong for the plastic. Why use plastic anyway. Very frustrating. Old
  5. Thanks guys. I realigned the forks but oil was still weeping. It's Sunday so all the shops are closed. Decided to make my own tool out of film negatives. Made a few passes when I noticed the tip of the tool was broken off! Now I was really upset! Cut out a few more tools and made about 50 passes but could not get anything to surface. Not sure if it's stuck why down in the seal or where it went??? Put the bike back together and the seal is not leaking anymore. I'm not going to worry and just ride it! Old
  6. Do you have to remove the coil spring to remove the fork dust cover?
  7. Thanks will try realignment and seal mate. I don't see any scratches and have the fork guards.
  8. Rode up small hill climb/wall. Didn't know there was a dirt ditch on other side. Went over bars as bike came to a halt. Noticed fluid coming from right front fork by dust seal. 2015 beta Evo . Is this the seal or something worse. It's more of an oozing than dripping. Should I try seal mate? I weigh 137 lbs. Old
  9. Wow that looks interesting. What are the slide bearings made of?
  10. I live in Hawaii, the air temp only gets down to the uppers 50's right now, and that's almost record temps. There is dew outside but my bike is in my enclosed garage. I'm going to rule out condensation. If I keep seeing moisture in the oil I might change the oil seal. Old
  11. Thanks I'll post when I start and run into any problems. Cheers
  12. Excellent info. Thanks
  13. Thanks, do the needle bearings fall out? Is brake cleaner ok?

Just wondering what's needed to regrease the suspension linkage. How long should the job take and what needs to come off. Old
  15. What's the trick? Rode today and during the ride saw white fog on the glass. After ride just a tiny white residue remains. Will see how it looks in the morning.
  16. So it's screws off? I'll give it a shot on my next oil change. I'm going to make sure there is no problem first. Thanks Old
  17. Just changed the oil. Can't seem to get the white stuff off the sight glass Old
  18. Sorry don't know why picture is upside down and how to make it smaller

Looked at sight glass after washing bike and discovered whitish gunk on bottom of sight glass window. I'm assuming this is water? The oil on top looks good. Wouldn't oil float to the top? Old
  20. Maybe I'll just use the stock chain awhile longer then try the did narrow xring. Thanks for the reply's. Old

Broke my master link on my 2015 Evo 250 during a rode today. Lucky my friend had a master link. Front sprocket seems loose. If I decide to get a new chain should I get a HD chain? Is there any x ring chains for trials. Also what size chain comes stock. Is the stock chain junk? Old

Lost my big fork plug, the plug that covers the rear brake calliper stud. Do I need this or is it mostly cosmetic. Old
  25. Yes 3, most dealers don't actually stock parts, they just carry the usual break away parts(levers, brake pads etc) and maintanence items. They usually order from Betausa.
