I have been using bel ray 75w gear saver in the trans and bel ray 10W/30 thumper in the engine, both seem good, I have a 2016 4RT260

rotella 15w/40 diesel oil is good

I was thinking about the radiator too guys, it gets above 40 degrees C here, big rad from H&D and water wetter would be the ticket

Got a S3 on my 16, good quality bit deeper sound and smoothes out the bottom end slightly and looks nice

bel ray gear saver 75w work good used it in all my bikes for the past 30 years never had clutch problems gears or bearings

Try adjustable reamer and pilot, like you would use to do old style kingpins on a truck, engineering shop or old school mechanics shop should be able to help you.
