    Beta Wheel Bearings

Neil, pop on ebay and buy stainless bearings instead of normal steel, another quick tip before you fit them pop the cover of with a stanley blade and fill the bearing with marine grease The stainless bearing deal with the heat a lot better and last twice as long, filling them with proper grease stops and liquid corroding them. I've been doing this for ages and bearing last me a long time, average cost is about £12 - £14 per wheel sometime i get them down to £10 per wheel http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BEARINGS-6900-6909-2RS-SS-STAINLESS-FREE-UK-NEXT-DAY-DELIVERY-/190631987889?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&var=490047900168&hash=item2c628d4ab1

  9. I'm trying to sort out a trials holiday for a few of us, can anyone recommend anywhere to go, ideally somewhere with accommodation or camping and a good place to ride (plenty of tough stuff) Thanks
  10. Forgot to say the date 21st and 22nd February, were stopping nearby if you fancy a two dayer with beer and curry in the middle
  11. Few of us are going up Wern Ddu this weekend, anyone fancies it feel free to come along and join in on the fun
  12. Ive tried both, Forma are a little lighter and smaller and dare i say more waterproof when you cover them in balm, but the Astars are way better, comfier, better grip and fit better. I'm on my third pair now and at £185 there a little cheaper than the Forma
  13. Great to hear a story like this, Old 315's never die, they just need a little loving every now and then
  14. Hey Fitz, for learning the basics Shilton is spot on, I'm from Hinckley and ride most weekends, when you've mastered the basics give me a shout and i'll show you some other places i ride
  15. Trials and Tribulations have them in stock, or Beta UK in Bradford or second hand go to Richard Allen at Allens used trials spares
