  1. GAS GAS test day this Sunday Nantmawr Quarry OSWESTRY (do you know your way to OSWESTRY its where the Crows fly backwards to keep the dust out of there eyes).

And "Brainspace" my skinny son and my grandson with be there and at 14 years old, 12 stone size 11 boots must run in the family.

PS I think you have to book your ride with Dot at Gas Gas, and dont forget I want a report.

    CoMorph

  2. Looks like you have already got the answer bikespace from proc.

At 14st 9lbs <_< I dont think thats as skinny as a rake, which one off my lads <_< do you meen,? big guy, sir friend, mate, pal, boss. Christ I thick I hit a nerve, watch this space, have I put my foot in my mouth, or have you got the wrong guy?.

But 18 plus stone you are a little bit of an outsider maybe you could do with a 250 for the extra lbs but even then, I do not know you or how good (or bad) a rider you are.

  3. The 200 is the perfect trials bike, and not just for the clubmen. <_<:crying:

The top youth riders in the UK are all riding well worked on 125 bikes, trick bits and hours and hours of trying various mods just to get somewhere near the standard profomance of a 200. ^_^

There are not more than a hundred riders in the UK that deed more power, they are simply over biked they just cant handle the extra power as they do not have the finesse to control it, just want to be a big boy. <_<

  4. Spud, you worded that spot on, he is a great rider super smooth.

Sam has taken an offer he just could not turn down.

I wish him all the best, and his team.

Shirty must be gutted to lose him, but I bet the door Never Closed behind him.

  5. "Adsy" We hold you responsible for the change of venue because one of them Spaniards rembered reading this:-

Good to see another round in Norway, Hobol (just south of Oslo). If the trials as good as the last one we went to in 05, its well worth the long long trip. Its also good because its one of the few events where we have less distance to travel than the Spaniards!!!

    Merry Christmas Team :chairfall:

  6. This is a copy that was kindy worded by "Bikespace" and it sure helped me.

D Class - Can finish off the year in which they are 9

C Class - Can finish off the year in which they are 12

B Class - Can finish off the year in which they are 15

A Class - Can finish off the year in which they are 17

Think I've got it right - If I haven't someone let me know and I'll correct it, otherwise every bugger will be confused

So make sure you have your kids in the January they get to stay in the class for up to a year longer than others

    E Lejeune Honda 111

I have the full results for these years but I cant get them from the scanner to here, Sorry

  8. Try forgetting the mileage and think of the time it takes to travel a set distance.

In my book the north starts at the Watford Gap, almost any road north of that you can travel 60miles in an hour, now try the same on our roundabout, the M25 which all the southern softies :D and IOW teams must use.

  9. Think positive folks, not like the Old Trials Fanatic, has he been an MP? mind you have you thought of sponcering a youngser it my do you good.

The ACU Licence could be signed each year by the ACU steuard to save cost.

If a Boy or Girl dont show protential in this country its no good paying out for them abroad, help them at home first.

If transport is to be considered a converted coach for half a dozen riders (thats a dozen bikes) it could carry tents for sleeping, driving could be shared as the licence required would not be HGV or PSV.

This ACU Acadamy thing starting at 15 years old is way out of date if a youngser has shown a special gift make shaw they at least are eating correctly, aim this at parents!.

It may be possible for training split north and south say Graham Jarvis and Sam Conner as suggested by others.

  10. Unfortunatly some people are not as straight as you Money Muncher.

I thick it will stop before the ACU need to take action.

One other point I will not be discussing this with the guilty or innocent, if the cap fits wear it.

Someone may talk, the ACU steward was close by!

  11. Maybe folks they are not Cheating but the Results and by Video differ.

Inconsitent marking did not help, like tapes were moved by riders bikes, this was ok for some but not others the stop rule was used on some but not other. (use the FIM rules)

Young JR was not having a good day but I think he was hung out to dry, well when I saw him, but he never complained, finished, loaded up and went home.

Dads, Riders, remember you win some, you loose some, but be you will never be a champion that way.

  12. Spot on Telecat.

It would be a sad state of affairs, if any young rider who had ridden well in their own centre events. Wanted to enter a Youth National to measure himself against the top Youth riders. Only to be told, " sorry son your not good enough ".

Whether they are in A,B.C or D class, if theyv'e got the bottle to have a go, then I applaud them.

Well Said! TomsDad, there are a lot of good youth riders in many centres that can,t afford to compete where traveling cost etc are involved.

There are also riders that just want to get one finishers award in a national, dont try to stop them.

But they should only be allowed in the correct class.

Its not the youth riders that enter out of class, its the Parents, and in this instants AS IOW knows the rules very well but I hope nobody takes in out on Chris

  13. Otter Vale, Super Sections in both the A and B class well done C of C.

5.5 hours is tight when the Dad/Minder has to cover a long distance per lap.

All the Guys and Girls no matter what standard they are have a right to enter the nationals, (there is no seeding set by the ACU) this way they can compare there result to the best in the country, its a credit to all that finish.

No out of class riding unless ortherized by the ACU.

The problem has only been highlighted this weekend because the lesser riders had no choice but to go through section three, taking a lot longer then the better riders as they neaded lots of help
