Crash helmets
When I first rode hardly anyone wore a helmet even on the road!!!....... I did, but not for trials, only a flat cap. I do have to say that my modern helmet has a nasty big scratch where I went over backwards onto some rocks when my bike stalled, so I wasn't going very fast but it does remind me what can happen.

Any chance you could get your case welded, I'm sure someone will know someone who specialises in this kind of work?

Cleaning oiled boots?
When the water level gets a bit higher than the boots I think most would get wet feet!!!! Enjoyed the video thanks

Cleaning oiled boots?
I have a fifty year old pair of DRs which admittedly are too thin and soft to be used in anger any more and a newer pair of Gaernes which are only about forty years old. I just wash them with cold water let them dry and then rub in some dubbin. The Gaernes are still waterproof. (I have replaced the front linings with leather).

ACU licence in Italy
Thanks to all who have replied. Most of the trials I have found are in the north and a long way away. I live (when in Italy) not far (20 miles) from San Marino where there was an international last year (I think). But most around here ride MX or enduro, no trials let alone twinshock. If I spent more time in England (Wigan), the I would do club trials and twinshock. And if I had a club in Italy locally I would join as an Italian member. But as the trials I could ride would probably be one-offs, I suppose I will carry on riding in my wood here in Italy and ride trials in England when I can. Thanks again for all the replies

Fantic 200 rear kick gear lever
Does anyone know if the Beta rev 3 evo lever fits?, as I have straightened mine a few times and next time might be a bend too many.

More clutch problems (no pressure at the lever)
I think I would try bleeding the system again. sounds like air or lack of fluid as our friend said earlier. Good luck

ACU licence in Italy
Great thanks, that looks like it might do the trick. All I have to do is find some trials to ride while I am in Italy.

ACU licence in Italy
I would like to know if I could ride trials in Italy using an ACU international trials licence, or is that only for international events? It seems an Italian trials licence is the same as a mx and enduro licence and would be a lot for perhaps one or two events. Thanks in advance.

Flywheel Extractor
Thought I better let you all know. it is actually a 26mm x1.5mm thread. Thanks again for all the replies.

Flywheel Extractor
I did measure it as best I could, (bearing in mind my vernier caliper won't reach and I could only measure the inside measurement with my inside calipers and the thread with thread gauges came up with the 26x1.5. So I think I'll go with this one. Thanks to all I'll let you know.

Flywheel Extractor
Sorry that does'nt fit mine!!!

Flywheel Extractor
Thanks, but as I live in Italy if I knew what thread it was I could get one locally before next weeks holiday. I have got many parts from England which seem to be either unobtainable or just expensive. Even for my Frantic. Extractors are available almost anywhere but not by make but by thread size. Thanks again for the reply.

Flywheel Extractor
Could anyone tell me which extractor i.e. which thread will fit the flywheel on my Fantic 200 trial 1984 model. It is possibly around 26mm x 1.5mm although I can't get to measure it properly
