Thanks every body. Quality of bike is great. I bought several torx tools but the tool was broken. Anyway my last option is to grind the head of screw.

Any tip to remove torx screw from rear wheel shaft assy? It is 2012 280i. Please give me any idea.

I am not serious trial rider. So i bought 2 Map ECU without cable and SW. Preprogrammed map is good. One is same as original and the other one is soft response.

I have to replace front fork oil seal of rev 80 2003. First, I am going to buy the fork seal. So I hope to know the size of front fork oil seal. Anyone has the information of the size( outer diameter, inner diameter, thickness etc.)? Thanks Lee.

I think your situation is similar as my situation. I have 2005 4RT and my previous bike was beta and scorpa. For me, 4RT is not easy bike as previouse one. So I bought PTB and tried preprogrammed map. One maps is same as standard and soft map is similar as beta response. It is very comfortable for me. I am using fast response throttle grip ( white one) and soft map of PTB. It is excellent. I am looking for the way to reprogram PTB as more soft map. In order to reprogram, i need IF unit between PTB and PC(personal computer). This IF unit is very expensive as much as PTB. I am collecting the technical information about this IF unit and try to build by myself.

Is there anyone who knows the way to build IF unit. This is cable assy between PC(personal computer) and FI-ECU of montesa 4RT to programe new map .

Both bike are good. But Techno is heavy. If you have money to buy rev-3, try to buy rev-3.

After remove one wire from connector, the engine was very good. Lots of power. I am really happy. Thanks again.

I have same problem. I removed 4 restrictors one from air inlet and 3 from exhaust. My 4RT was not generate enough power. I just got very important new about electrical wire switch to change the MAP of ECU. I will try to disconnect this wire tomorrow. Thanks very much.
