  2. Ready for the adjustments: nothing must move with the nuts ( 3: one in front and two in the back. Next step will be to review the gas tank : liner, painting,...
  3. We are back, I have done the rear fender, tail light and did few things I had to redo by missing spares ... The space is tight on the chain side for brake, chain cover, chain, Shock Absorbers ... Next job: set up the alignment seat/ tank/ frame.
  4. Swimming bike ... Ida went here few days ago.
  5. Same subject: what are you using in the US as liner coating ?
  6. Chain guard in place, time to adjust the fenders: I want to make one with 2 parts. The frame had a long life before me. I will need to bend some supports 😏 to have have all ( seat, fender, gas tank,...) in the same line...
  7. Rear wheel is done 😅, we will see if the bearing repair is working when running. I made some adjustments (grinding) to remove swingarm play 😏, you could see that you have a dirt bike not a race bike 🤫. Next step: back fender and rear tail light...
  8. Just the front light , the complete electrical circuit to be done in 12 volts....
  9. In practice much better what you can see in the picture 😒....
  10. Front wheel is done 🧐... I could start to install the front fender, speedo and brake hardware 🤨. I have in my shelves an old speedo bought for a previous project but never used: I will use it ☺️. https://dcmotive.com/products/dcm-gps-speedometer I am still waiting the compound for the rear wheel bearings 😔
  11. Remember, I said: "The good news is the grease was fresh, bearing was easy to remove 🤨..." One rear bearing is not tight as it must be in the drum. I will ad some retaining compound to prevent any rotation.
  12. Bearings arrived today 😊....
  13. I found this one in Internet...😒
  14. Ignitions for Bultaco: https://boutic.kennedy.fr/view/category/virtuemart_category_id/10.html

  17. Were not bad 🥴...
  18. I removed the front bearings, where not bad 😏... Now waiting for the new set, perhaps Monday 🤥, I have enough job for the weekend 🧐.
  19. The good news is the grease was fresh, bearing was easy to remove 🤨... They need to be tight in the wheel and "loose" in the shaft, I will see with the new one expected for this week-end. Just remember how old is the bike 😬. One needs to be replaced the other one seems ok but will be replaced too.
  20. Rear wheel, seals and bearings are out ...
  21. Yes it's going slowly: I am waiting the SKF ball bearings for the wheels and the tools to remove the old one properly. One from the front wheel is out of order, and without seals ? The front tire is in place, the target is to have both wheels in place by end of the week.
  22. Fork boots arrived, now I can go ahead:
  23. I used: https://www.ebay.com/itm/303132310214 https://www.ebay.com/itm/281880258398 I ordered today dust covers (the one installed were too short)....

  25. Cleaning the fork cups: my springs (13) are dead, I have seen the same size in my ball pen 🤫. It will work 😃...
