Hi, I have been reading in the forum about some problems associated with not changing coolant in Betas, so want to flush the system and fill with fresh as I don't know when it was last changed . I have not done this before and wonder if it will need 'bleeding' through the radiator, or is it just drain and refil to brim without the worry of air being trapped? Any help would be much appreciated. Mil

I'm interested to hear about the improved power and running through changing jets. Good idea on removing that spacer- replacing the carb is hard work at the moment, so I'll be doing the same! My query is to if you think the smaller jets will offer the same improvement in running at altitude? I will be staying at about 1000m and don't know if to keep standard jets or change as suggested?? I completely agree with 'useless'. I am new to trials and found it difficult to find spots to ride initially- and either no one knows anywhere to ride in the midlands on this forum or they aren't forthcoming and want to keep it quiet as no replies to a post of mine... I have come from dh mountainbiking and mountainbikers have got places dedicated to riding through riding coming together and building tracks, petitioning and they are sectioned off from walkers etc. Maybe riders finding suitable spots, approaching land owners and turning them into trials areas would work? Paying would not be a problem in my opinion if you could see where your money was going-into developing area and adding features etc.

I have a 2004 Rev 3 and I am only able to engage 4 gears- and sometimes on the up shift from 2-3 it shifts to 1st (??) Has anyone experienced this before, or have any ideas on remedy? Many thanks Mil

Hi, I'm new to trials and I'm sure this has been asked before, but I'm looking for good spots to ride the bike. Can anyone recommend areas in west midlands/ shropshire etc to go where I won't be stopped by rangers etc and told to p*** off? Doesn't have to be full of features as getting to grips with the bike- just want to get out on it propery! Many thanks for any help. Mil
