Been out on the bike today was having trouble getting it to tick over, and when hot needed to put on the choke to start again. The bike in question is a Montesa 311 still had plenty of power when running any ideas the carb looks a nightmare to take out and clean. Hopefully there is a trick to taking them out, can anyone help?

Hi there, i'm new to the forum and made a return to trial riding after a 25 year lay off. Bought a Montesa 311 cota, can anyone tell me where i can get a workshop manual either to buy or online? P.S Does anybody know any good training grounds in the Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire area?
