Hi, I'm considering a 1985 jap import TY 250 Mono, just wondering what peoples thoughts are on these, any pros cons or things tor look out for? This has the autolube fitted, is this system easily removable, being an import are their any specification changes to be aware / wary of? Cheers!

Im looking at a second hand 2009, 300 pro and issues I should look out or or be aware of ? Always had beta's in the past.Thanks.

Hi dont know if anyone can help at all but Im currently experiencing my first case of a dragging clutch on my 06, 25 rev 3. Transmission oil gets changed every couple of rides, I use putoline light gear oil, theirs no clutch slip or loss of feel either but recently its dragging quite bad not as bad as my old montesa but not right. Any ideas ? Thanks Mark PS A mate of mine swears by using ATF is this a good idea ?

Thanks very much ill give Lampkins a call in the morning, rooting around on here I have found what i need for the carb mod so ill give it a try. its a shame the first few weeks of beta ownership have been up and down becasue when its going its so much better than the old Montesa.

Hi, im looking for some help, i have recently changed from an 01 315 to an 06 rev 3 250 and this is where my problems begin. Apart from a carb that refuses to keep fuel within im also having major starting problems, it seems i have either got a very weak or no spark at all. Sometimes the bike starts fine but sometimes refuses point blank - any ideas ? Thanks Mark

Can anybody tell me is their an easy way to get to the reed block with the engine in ? Just bought some boyesen reeds to freshen things up a bit.

Theirs no difference that I know of anywa,y other than decals they are exactly the same.
