Just thought i'd ask whats the best way to bring the shine back to tired plastics?

Is it possible?

hi there all you can really do is after you wash the bike and leave it to dry spray all the plastics with DW 40 it brings a shire to them .well there on your trailer all the way to a trial your bike looks like it has new plastics :blink: and looks good till you start riding then sadly you lose the shine

also good if your selling a bike to do this to make it look good ! :icon_rendeer:

Mad asked about polishing the plastics not the stickers Jamie. He'll have to get new 'uns.

just get new plastics if your going to do what you say

would be easier and quicker in the long run

Once washed plastic's always lose their shine, no matter how new or old your bike is, but once I've washed mine and blasted it off with a air line I use Autoglym Vinal & Rubber care, this always brings them up new till I go out again. :D

Jamie where can I get this DW 40 from? i`m well up for spraying my bike with the stuff if it brings me horses (especailly Shires), I`m sure I could sell said horses too the local Pikeys for a couple of quid :D

I've found bumper and trim restored from wilkos good.Spray it on the plastics and tank wipe with a cloth, looks good on the tires as well. It's cheep at only
