No, another fella I know set his cruise well over 80, and hit a pool of water, fence, tree, etc. Wife just slid old F250 off side of the road into the ditch, and got stuck, lot of weight and only two wheel drive, it didn't take much to ground it. ishy Posted January 19, 2007 Author Report Share Posted January 19, 2007 Nice easy test you can do on your Beta rob, find a nice ice patch and hold it full throttle top gear even when you come to the end of the ice patch keep her on full chat, take particular note of the slick to grip transition. copemech Posted January 19, 2007 Report Share Posted January 19, 2007 We have a new type of speed control now that will automatically adjust the electronic throttle, or brakes, to follow another vehicle while you are talking on your cell phone! I am almost certain it will reduce the throttle when it sees the upcoming DITCH! You hit SOFTLY! Not sure they offer that on Scoobys!
