Take the shocks apart, the seals will have a number on them. go to a seal and bearing supplier, I use Wyco, they will be supprisingly cheap too! done this with a number of shocks.

The size of the seals is : 47 x 35 x 10 or 7 Rst and 47 x 35 x 10 or 7 R take a look at the following page from my site this are part for a 303 but many parts of a 300 and 303 are equal.

Think those seals would fit the forks a bit better than they would the shocks :wall:
