andat Posted January 29, 2008 Report Share Posted January 29, 2008 Hi Scorpa Lad. Are your footpegs ally? Do your footpegs look as if they are sagging? If they are and you have access to ally welding facilites, just add a blob of weld to the bottom part of the bracket where it pivots and file-off to suit - this should bring the pegs back level. They are ally pegs and the teeth have worn down enough not to grip boot to well, so am finding boot is slipping off a little to easy.For safety reasons need to replace. Take it easy on the filing,I've seen it done one time too many and the peg snapped leaving a lethal 'trident' weapon that would go through any boot.
