March 11, 200818 yr Do you have something like Harbor Freight over there? 1000lbs MC Lift I think I just saw it on sale for under US$350. A bit too much? How about one of these? ATV lift At less than US$60, how can you go wrong?

Personallly I dont have the space for a big road bike type hydrualic work bench, and the scissor type stands are ideal for anyone without a lot of spare space.

Yup, I used to have one of those Black and Decker Workmate jobbies for bike work...wish I'd repaired it instead of chucking it ..ooh my back!
