August 4, 200818 yr Ahaaaaaaa......I knew there was something suspicious Dabster. There's no smoke without fire: Brll good work!
August 5, 200818 yr used iris chains for a few years on the lads bike with no problems ,fitted one to my gasser and had it snap within the 1st hours riding. told by bvm that it was from a dodgy heat treated batch. never trusted one since. currently using an izumi chain [available with half links] seems good so far.
August 5, 200818 yr I witnessed surgeonrocher's Iris chain snap and it was a bad un, as well as a nasty cut to the arm and bike damage a full round of cucumber sandwiches got squashed on landing Clarkey was saving for elevenzees later in the morning. I would'nt use an Iris if they were giving them out free, just not worth the risk. Been using Izumi on the Mont and no probs at all Edited August 5, 200818 yr by The Addict
