Despite insuring me for my 08 REV3, ebike declined to insure my Evo 300 4T as it wasn't listed on their site (no surprise as it is a new model) and having referred it to their underwriters to check it, they wrote back to say they won't insure it as it isn't 'road legal' (that was despite my supplying full spec and linking to the manufacturers website)

Did you manage to find an insurance company to insure your Beta Evo, I am having the same problem now, I have tried all the usual ones i.e Caroll Nash, ebike insure etc?
