February 23, 201016 yr Hi I am shortly in need of a good set of new footrests but can't stretch to raptors. Any one tried/using the new S3 Hardrock ones? What are they like? Cheers
February 23, 201016 yr Just bought some for the nipper's Gasser. They were easy to fit, look good, and don't get clogged up with crud as much as the standard ones. Recomended based on one weeks use....
February 23, 201016 yr Yeah I agree they are good. There are also some awesome pegs on the Splatshop website, I have just upgraded mine and they are very good and cheaper than raptors
February 23, 201016 yr Had them on my beta and now have them on my gasser and there excellent. Far better than the standard ones. They dont clog up with mud and I like the feeling of them under foot. Havent tried altering the washers to give different position yet though, but with my level of riding dont think itll make much odds!!!!!!
May 13, 201016 yr Good, untill you hit a rock. Because they have no cross bracing, the pegs bend very easily. You would be better off with something with some cross bracing for strength.
May 15, 201016 yr Looking at my options to update also, Raptors are way to pricey. Comparable to Hebo ones, how do they rate? I like the S3 adjustment options. Edited May 15, 201016 yr by subanator
May 17, 201016 yr i got some s3 hardrock pegs a couple of weeks ago and love them, would defiantly recommend them
May 18, 201016 yr NYL has the Steel ones fitted and likes them a lot. Definitely better with mud than the standard ones.
