March 31, 201115 yr Hi, apart from the obvious advantage of extra strength, why do some upgrade the chain and sprockets on their rear kick Fantic 200,s to the larger 520 size? .Any opinions on this subject would be very helpful .Thanks.
March 31, 201115 yr Keep to the 428 chain. An R1 renthal in this size will last very well. A 520 chain weighs more and will use 1-2 HP from the motor

Not sure a 520 is any stronger, depends on the relative quality. 428 is standard on my B40 which weighs at least 1/2 again.
