tank and seat look good but not sure about the colours

Green wouldn't have been my first choice for a Honda either... Kawasaki most definitely.

Tank& seat unit looks good though.

Here we go, I took the bike down the river for a play at some sections, got a few pictures before it got all dirty!!!!

It's acctualy metalic green and silver, kinda looks white in the piccies. What's also not obvious ,is the silver on the seat side panels is aluminium stuck on to the fiberglass, thought this might be good as it's where my boots rub. If I was any good at panel beating, I would have made the alloy go around the sticky out bit that goes around the top shock mounts too....but alas I ain't that good.

So i should update this.

Due to various reasons the TLR got put on the back burner. Doing most of the trials on the RTL250.

But, engine has now been fully vapour blasted, totally rebuilt. Once stripped down she was in a pretty bad way - no idea how she ran so well. The cam chain had been eating into the casings.

I have the New years day trial which i've set as my deadline.

Only two for now but it shows I'm still plodding away.

Shes now getting built up so should be some good progress coming.

My main excuse the TLR's been on the back burner ....

She runs! rides great! Proper chuffed.

Few changes, shes getting an 'evo' style tank, along with an 'evo' rear mudguard. Also got on order a 2015 Beta Evo white mudguard for her. Tank / levers and cables and I'm done. Unfortunately this will be after Christmas as Vicki has put her foot down and insisted on going away over the Xmas break so funds will be needed for that.

Pictures don't do her justice, over two years its taken but shes getting there!
