May 1, 201412 yr Hi guys What are the pegs preferred by the better riders and why? Im all out for looks and pimping but If im gonna spend some decent dosh....I would like to make the right choice. I currently have after market BETA pegs on but the boys here seem to like S3 hard rocks. They are obviously wider but is that difference alone worthy of a change? Keen to hear your views.

May 1, 201412 yr i have had a set of raptors since 2008, they are still in the original shape, fantastic vfm from a durability point of view.
May 1, 201412 yr Best I have had are Ghost forged - thought they were the best shape, durable and comfortable. Has those on a 2008 Beta Rev 3 from new. Had some S3 on a Scorpa SY200 and they gouged a hole in my leg they were so sharp.... probably my poor riding tho ! cheers John
May 1, 201412 yr I've got Trialscast pegs on my 240 and The S3 hardrock alloy ones on my section ... WIDER is BETTER ! , gives you a slightly bigger platform to work from , and my feet hurt less at the end of the day too !
