August 4, 201412 yr According to Classic no-stop rules every rider in this video should have received fives. Some fived the sections multiple times. What were their actual scores? It is interesting to note that the scoring wasn't any better with the stop allowed rules. The sport needs professionally trained and paid observers to travel to each event. Otherwise the WTC events are a total farce and meaningless to the sport.
August 5, 201412 yr At the Belgium event that would have been about 36 paid observers. I don't think FIM is ever going to (be able to) do that.
August 5, 201412 yr you are correct Guys our sport is too small to run the current world championship with professional observers. Those who do observe do their best but looking at the size of the trucks and staff to support the top five or six there needs to be some redistribution of expenditure.
