wobblenorbed
Isn't that just a cheeky one? Surely its only a five when you actually have to get off the bike and push it out of the section. Or am I missing something here? If you miss a flag, it's a five! b40rt
My understanding is the rider accepted that the spectator seen what he seen. However, it was after the rider had rreturned his card that this was brought up with him, where he replied he couldn't give what he didn't see. The trials convener was told about it at the time, it was only 48hrs later after the spectator complained was the results changed. Without being rude, does anybody actually care ?
cabby
Without being rude, does anybody actually care ? The spectator obviously did, and the rider isn't too chuffed about being, to a degree, more or less, called a cheat, but other than that, no, no one else in the world cares. I mentioned it here, purely due to never having been aware of any spectator, ever, being able to influence the official scores, after they were produced, but may be I'm wrong. baldilocks
I think your trials convener has opened a bigger can of worms here. Why is that spectators view valid ? Did he watch anyone else, did he request any other scores be reviewed ? Has any other score been amended ?

s_monty
My other sport is golf. If someone is determined to cheat it's not hard to do - but why? As others have already said you're only cheating yourself. If on the other hand what happened was unknown to the rider, then let it go. In the absence of an observer for every rider, the score in good faith of the rider should be good enough.
