March 9, 20188 yr Hi all, mid life crisis in full flow. Ridden road bikes past 20 years, now time to bite the bullet and give it a try. Got a cheap old Sherco 290, now looking for more experienced riders for a bit of coaching and places to ride. Any volunteers?
March 9, 20188 yr Hi mate, welcome from a complete novice myself with a similar story!! Had road bikes for 30 years and just got a 200 Sherco to give trials a go with a group of mates who have been doing it for various lengths of time. You're ideally placed in Pontypool with the Brecon's not to far from you, so hopefully you'll have somewhere to practice!

March 10, 20188 yr Hi ToneB GWENT classic mcc got a trial 22nd april at cottage farm rockfield monmouth . only do one route and its like sportsman class.so nothing to hard you can just turn up pay and ride.some other local trials are on welsh trials.com
