The Which Bike test was held at Golding Barn in Sussex which was owned by Graham Beamish. Bernie Schrieber was seen to be doing some outragous things on the bikes for that time!

More on the rough. Does anyone remember these why didn't they catch on ?

I reckon because they make you look like a stormtrooper. :D

They look like they'd maybe limit movement too much. Don't seem to have much grip on them either.

the Beamish family still own it - see goldingbranraceway (.co.uk or .com), probalbe the best mx practice track in the south east.

One thing i have noticed in trials bike tests is you only get a test of one or two bikes what happened to multi bike tests like this in the 80's.

With multi tests you actually get a comparison test
