December 21, 20241 yr Hello, I recently picked up a used 2019 GasGas 125 for my son and I can tell someone has been into the carb. Can someone please tell me what the stock jetting is for a newer 125 with a Keihin at sea level and what jetting they typically use? Thanks!
December 21, 20241 yr Carburetor performance is dependent on the engines ability to move air. Highly recommend you inspect the reed valves, test the engine compression and the integrity of the bottom end seals first. The engine needs to move air efficiently for the carburetor to operate to its best efficiency and no amount of carburetor adjusting can overcome that.

December 22, 20241 yr The only thing Torrot shows was the 125 took a 52 pilot jet. So what elevation are you riding at?
December 22, 20241 yr You can find lots of useful information at The HellTeam https://www.thehellteam.com/technical-support/gas-gas-parts-and-service-manuals a 2018 workshop manual and a 2020 manual should help. Expect it will be a standard Keihin jet setup for a 125: jjh needle, clip 3rd from top, 125 main, 52 idle with 1.25 to 1.5 turns out on air screw and then adjust as to needs.
