On behalf of Team Smage, we would like to thank the entire staff, crew, observers, medical staff, Ryan Young Products, David Chavez, the AMA, the NATC, the FIM, well... everyone but Jake Miller for hosting a world class event. It was a wonderful week in Sequatchie. We hope the TTC has the honor to host another round in the near future.

In the past European riders would travel to the US as it was a good place to collect some world championship points. This year I see only ten riders in the class, and quite a few world championship points not claimed.

If your coming early to the World Round in the USA there will be a vintage event at Bob Ginder's (B&J Racing). Bob is a couple of hours away from the TTC. The event date is 5-13-06.

I am planning to help Alan B. provide refreshments in Tennessee and need to know just how much Mexican Cactus Juice(from real mexicans) to bring to supplement the Unleaded version that he supplies! How many of you Redcoats are coming?

After having such a great time in Nigran. The unofficial Trials Central Party Machine rols into Eastern Europe for the Polish Round of the WTC. Leaving UK on Friday 7th July 2006 and returning on the Monday. Whilst the trip schedule has yet to be finalised, the Sunday should be one hell of a day. Not only will we get to watch Doug and the British boys in action but at 20.00 hours the World Cup Final kicks off. Imagine if England were playing. (Dabster - I will definetly have to stay up later than 21.00 that night). The numbers of our party have increased from 3 to 4 with a few more possibles.

Having watched the performance of the British youth at Nigran Spain. I am optimistic that British trials has a future at World Level, post Lampkin. (when he eventually hangs up his Alpine Stars. Mind you thats a few years away and at least one more world title). I was expecting the general level of Spanish or Italian riders to be higher than the British, but it was the reverse. Imagine what it would be like if the likes of the ACU supported our youth as much as the RFME do for the Spaniards. Lastly credit most go to TC for their support.

Did anyone see the indoor from sao Paulo what a killer, some of the sections were unbelieveably dangerous, Fajardo and Lampkin had to resort to spare bikes due to section damage of machines. Obviously the Brazilians were trying to do the riders a mischief!!!!!!!

After a solid performance at the weekend, Cota Kid closely followed by our site opwner Andy led the British charge for the most alchohol consumed in a single event. The Europeans were left agasp at the steady rate of pints, bottles, mixers, shorts and anything else that they could lay there hands on as both men drank and drank into the early hours of Sunday morning. Cota took pole position as he dabbed his way from bar to bar, taking no prisoners along the way!!!! The rest of the brits followed suit on Sunday evening where celebrations took place on the excellent standard of riding from our junior and senior riders across the whole weekend. A certain Beta minder, te…

As the son of a classic bike connoisseur, it pains me, beleive me it does to know that the MC in charge of Hawkstone are fighting a writ from the local council that will end an era of fun, sorry camping, at Hawkstone for ever!!! Does anyone know of this as the article states that the locals are fed up with noisy, unsociable, campers who leave rubbish after they have left!!! PS Trials fans are not pikeys or new age travellers!!!!

Just thought I'd start a thread where people could make suggestions for improvements which would make Hawkstone even better than it was last year. I know a lot of the organisers are on here, and I've no doubt if we have some valid suggestions they will make every effort to improve things. My first one, from an observers point of view would be to rope off the spectator area. Probably our biggest hassle of the day was stopping spectators coming round the back and ending up stood between the ends flags etc. Not particularly the spectators fault, it's natural to want to get a decent view. Maybe try to separate the sections a little more, if at all possible - Around 8,9,1…

Hi, I am planning on taking my lad down to Hawkstone 29/30 July... we missed last year We want to make the most of the weekend so if anyone has any advice I'd really appreciate it. What happens in the days before, anything happening worth going down on the 28th for ? What was the campsite like last year - suitable for me and a nine year old ? Anyone recommend a local/handy <mention of this company is not permitted on Trials Central> or PremierTravel room only kind of place instead ? If we just went for one day, is it obvious that 30th is preferable ? What time does it all start and how much earlier should we get there, what's the entrance queing like ? Wou…
