Hi all, from Barrie Ontario Canada. I found a lovely gem near here, and bought it last weekend. Just fired it up for the very first time and have been riding it around in the snow! It's stored at "Cool Rides" here in Barrie, where there's lotsa space to work on bikes this time of year. The serial # is 36301858 and I'm told it's a 1993 model. The only paperwork I got with it refers to a 240 Professional, but wasn't that from the 80's? Think I'll go for another ride! Tuque, mitts, scarf -Chris

I got going on a trials bike at the end of last year, and having realised that riding an old Fantic 200 was fun but heavy going for a 46 yr old I now have and enjoy a Scorpa 250. I have a fully equiped workshop and bike transport, and a practice ground. I am looking for a practice pal who would like to share the falling off and looking daft bit, and perhaps would like to join me in the comps I go to and visa versa etc.. I am a membr of the Stratford on Avon Club and have my evenings and weekends to practice and can easily arange weekdays now and then as I run my own business. If your intersted give me a call. 07501474974 I look forward to hearingfrom you. regards Joh…

After years of wanting a trials bike I got one a couple days ago. It needed some work but I finally got it running and have rode around the yard a bit. Tomorrow is the first real ride. We will see. I have ridden and raced for many years but never attempted trials. I am excited to give it a go.

Hi Guys my names Jeff, and i am thinking of taking up trials. I currently jetski, freestyle on a stand up about 7 years now. Todays economy has swung me, where building a freestyle ski is big money, You cannot buy one new unlike a trials bike, where its ready to trial straight out the showroom. Any advise on what bike to buy ?, second hand for starters. I am 39 years old, 5 feet 7 inches, and 11 stone, any advise on the right bike for me would be gratefull. Thanks for any feedback Jeff.

Hello All, I have just brought a Beta Rev 3 270cc 2005. I live in Tamworth, Staffordshire. I found out yesterday that the Olympia park in Bickenhill had changed to a Motocross only this was done about 17 years ago. I use to ride my motocross bike back in 1988-1992 on the ruff ground next door to the above park, they wouldn't let on the Olympia park with my bike :-( Now in 2008 I have a trials bike and I still can't ride it at this park :-( can you believe it! Please help... where can I practice locally around Tamworth? fingers crossed Paul.

Thought I'd register here on the trials form as I'm a montesa 4rt owner and am having a blast on it.I'm 48 from calif usa.Ive been riding offroad since 74 used to race desert in calif in the 80s now Im into dualsport trail riding and my new fun thing to do is trials.I'm not into the competitive side yey, just like playing around my desert property and going on technical trailrides 20 -30 mi around my area,Mojave desert that is.My current bikes are KTM 06 640 adv 08 KTM 450EXCR 06 montesa 4rt.I find it amazing after riding for so many years that in trials there is sooo much to learn, this I find intriguing and a new challenge. So hello all happy holidays from hidezertdoug

Hi Guys, Let me introduce myself Luka is the name and living in the south of the Netherlands very close to Germany and Belgium. I always liked trail and trailbikes but when I was 18 I chose for HORSEPOWER and SPEED and ended up with the fastest machines around. Now I am somewhat older I have had it more or less with 300+ KM/h and drive a very nice 2001 Honda VFR 800 Fi, which I bought new and is still in "New Condition". A while ago I bought a 2001 Montesa 315 R. Like said, I always like trail and also like to fiddle around at my bikes, but my VFR is just so perfect..not much to fiddle around except for cleaning. Fiddling around on the Monty is a bit of therapy.…
