For the second year in a row my 9 year old son Ty who is now in 3rd grade got to do a trials demo at his school. This time Ty wanted to do it on the black top since last year he had a hard time doing nose wheelies in the loose play ground dirt. I also set up a little section so the kids and teachers could actually understand what is we do. They even got to see him "5" the section the first time since I put a large wooden box for him top hop up onto with nothing at the bottom for help. He hadn't seen it before and took it a little too easy the first time, he did clean it on his third try. It was fun to stand back with the kids and listen to all there comments. Eve…

Check out the June issue of Dirt Bike magazine for a test on the Scorpa 125 4 stroke. It's great to see trials bikes out there in the main stream motorcycle press. If you look with a magnifying glass and squint your eyes really hard you can almost see one of my stickers behind the TY-S125F sticker.

Just wondering if someone who was at section 12 might have snapped a shot of the $7000 Sherco sucking septage into its entirety. As the section I would vote as the worst one ever laid out at a real trials I would like access to a pic for humors sake. I am puzzled why in a ranch with over 1000 acres of incredible rocks the organizers decide to use a natural cesspool of black slime to send everyones high $ rides through. It turns out the only way the Pro line could be ridden forced the bikes down a log end to end and over parts of th Expert and Pro split cards ,:very mickey mouse. Coming in a close second for poor section layout was the opener for the final day that took …

Cody on the Sherco four stroke showed everyone how it's done today with a 2 point win over Patrick, with Will rounding out the final podium spot. Congratulations to Cody and Ryan on a well deserved win. Pics coming a little later. Vince

It was a nice day today in Colorado. The sections were dusty slippery and technical. When the dust settled (literally) it was Patrick Smage with the win, Will Ibsen in second and Chris Florin rounding out the podium. Here are some photos of the top three. I'll have lots of photos on my site after the weekend. Including the Expert and support classes. Enjoy, Vince

Hello all! I'm after a favour *grins* I want a decals kit for my gas gas txt and i've seen the ones on offer from E.R.E-Online in the states and set my heart on them. Problem is, i emailed Geoff Aaron about getting them sent over here and he's advised me he wont post them internationally. Would anyone be prepared to take delivery of them in the US and post them onto me if i cover shipping costs? Would really help me out. All the best, Lucky

Last year for the National in Cotapaxi Co I showed up with a brand new Dunlop 803 on the back of my bike.. Yeah, I was that one guy with a new tire...So after destroying a good tire and finding out that it is near impossible to spin on those rocks I find that we are headed back to CO. in a couple more weeks but to different grounds. My question is to anyone familiar with the Canyon City terrian, is it like Cotapaxi where a 10 year old dry rotted IRC would be fine or would a nice new tire help more. Same rock texture as Cotapaxi? any mud? any loose dirt? water? To better help answer the question I will be riding the Support line and others coming along will be riding…

We now have the T-Shirts ready for sale. These are high quality SWM-NATC T-shirts (Speacialty Welding Machine). All of the proceeds go to sending our USA riders to the TDN. These riders usually have to pay most of their way to represent us. We are trying to off set some of their cost by t-shirt sales and donations. For $20 dollars this includes shipping we will send you a shirt. If you are one of the first 10 people to order a shirt I will throw in a DVD for FREE. Sorry I could not put up a picture of the shirt but they do like nice. Let us know what size shirt you need. If you can order more than one shirt we can give better pricing. If your club can buy several shir…
