  2. Due to the fact the US is such a large country, and the increase in cost, and time to travel to the national championship rounds, for those clubs on the west coast, would it not make sense to start a west coast series. Currently the Pacific north west, has a series of two day championship rounds hosted by three US clubs and two Canadian clubs, could this series or one similar be extended to include a couple of Californian clubs to make it a true west coast championship?. The PNTA rounds could still count as PNTA points rounds, but also count for a whole west coast championship. All the events would be located along the I.5 corridor stretching from BC Canada to the Mexi…

Hey Dude, Congratulations on your victory this weekend!!! I've been waiting for this one for a while [not as long as you]. You've worked hard and shown incredible spirit, strength and I'm proud as hell to be associated with you. Maybe it's time for the rest of you "My child is gonna be the next world champion" soccer moms to take a second to pay some respect to this kids accomplishments of late. While your looking at yourselves in the mirror, Cody is out there kicking some serious ass, including the 23 time national champ Geoff Aaron. I'm thowing a huge party in Lake Isabella this weekend for Cody. Hope you all can come.

Alexz and Julian have asked me to pass on a big thank you to anyone and everyone who helped Team Wigg this past weeekend at the TTC in America. In particular Dale Malesek and all from Gas Gas USA, who were invaluable in helping Alexz achieve his first ever World Championship victory. Thanks to Brock aswell. It couldn't have happened without you guys! Lets hope we can do it all again next year. Cheers

  6. Considering the world and US championship sections that Bernie, Marland and Curt Comer rode back in the 70's were no harder than intermediate sections today, as some have claimed. It's amazing that Curt beat everyone at the US Sportsmen nationals. Either he has improved a bunch since then, or perhaps Bernie, Marland and Curt were not such bad riders after all back in the 70s?

Compare the scores! The US Expert class was soundly beaten by the 125cc world championship riders. I knew it was going to be interesting having our Experts ride against the 125cc World riders and the US Pro class riding against Laia Sanz. It was the first time we could really compare head to head where our US riders stand against the rest of the world. Now we know we have some solid work to do! Where we need to make changes and its the proper time to do it.

Heared from quite a few people this week, the world round teams keep asking when are they going to run another world round at Donner pass, seems like it was very popular with them. At the James Lampkin trials school, someone asked James, which was the best US world round he had attended in the US, "Donner" Come on PIT'S by popular demand, they are wanting the mega big dry stuff.

I was wondering, are the Jr world championship riders restricted to 250cc machines?

  11. Now that our American fans have had a chance to see just how well the Europeans go on the 125cc machines. Maybe now there will be a renewed debate on the importance of keeping our kids on 125's and the need for a 125cc national title. That is if we ever hope to have an impact on the World Championship again.

Although you guys vary on your opions, one thing is certain and that is your all pretty much passionate about the sport and have interest in promoting it. So, let me throw this question out there. Can the sport, by that I'm referring to events, handle an increase in attendance? I ask because it seems more time is spent waiting at sections, and getting finished in time seems possible only if you rush. Maybe its just me?

Just curious about the section difficulty for the EX and PRO lines; is the scores in the PRO class going to be single digits for the winners or will there be a real challenge to show off for the "media"??
