OSET Electric Trials Bikes

I have an early Oset 16 for my boy and the throttle response is awfull when the batteries are fresh. He rode his first oset trial yesterday and all of the other kids bikes were smooth and progressive where his was just plain uncontrollable. I have been reading that the Kelly controller might be the best option but I have also been looking at other 36V E=bike controllers available at a fraction of the price. Any thoughts?

Oset 20 lite 2015 got lights on throttle but no response when I turn throttle. replaced the relay and a small red cable has melted when I connected it to battery cables are right places as I did them one by one. Has anyone had this issue or no what might have happened. also still have no response so not sure what that issue is

Hey Guys, Just got the kids some Osets, any advice on handlebard padding and smaller more user friendly break levers? Breaks have made the stock adjustments, moved levers closer, oiled/greased cables, cleaned calipers and still not as smooth and close as needed. many thanks!!

Hi , my sons Oset 20 has Promax solve brakes and the rear brake lever (blade ) has snapped ! Has anyone changed the blade for a cheaper alternative ie Clarks blade £8 or can you only use the Promax £19 inc p&p , or any other brake blade . Thanks

Hi All, Can anyone confirm that the LEDs on the charger should be flashing...? Red flashing when charging, Green flashing when charged. Thanks N All sorted. Red LED was flashing when charging but solid green when charged...

Has anyone found a "stickier" rear tire for these amazing little bikes? I have ordered a Shinko 241 in hopes, but can't seem to find any reports on any tire other than the stock Cheng shin.

Has anyone put a seat onto an OSET 16 R? I’ve found some online but they’re close to $200. Wondering if a seat from a 50cc bike would fit. Cheers

I need to purchase male and female throttle connector set used in the OSET24 bikes. A photo is attached for reference. Basically I need to work out a male to female (small extension lead) that would enable me to take throttle voltage measures for another project. Did anyone ever manage to source these connectors?

Hi, I'm after a bit of direction with a power issue on my sons 36v oset 16. Turned the key last night after cleaning it Sunday, throttle lights up but no power to motor. Controller clicks as it should when the key is turned. Potentiometer was looking rusty so unplugged the connetor, tried the throttle and the motor kicked but didn't run. Could it be a Potentiometer issue or more? The bike is a 16 with red frame, I've read online that these were released in 2010 and 2010 only but not too sure so don't know which Potentiometer to order!
